Tables for Claude
Search for people and reveal verified emails and phone numbers from a Claude conversation, using your Tables workspace credits. Each user signs in with their own Tables account, so Claude only acts in workspaces you belong to.
01
Connect Tables to Claude
You need a Tables account in a workspace with credits (create one for free) and Claude on the web, desktop or mobile.
- 1
Click Add to Claude
Claude opens its connector dialog with Tables already filled in.
- 2
Click Add, then Connect

- 3
Ask for who you need
Describe the people you're looking for in plain language. Claude takes it from there.
Add it manually, for teams or other apps
Claude: open Settings, Connectors, click Add custom connector, name it Tables and paste this server URL:
https://app.tables.so/api/mcp/mcpClaude Team and Enterprise: an organization Owner adds the connector once under Organization settings, Connectors. Each member then connects it from their own Settings, Connectors and signs in with their own Tables account.
Other MCP apps (Cursor, ChatGPT and others): add a remote MCP server with the same URL. It signs in with OAuth.

What Claude can do
Search People
search_peopleFinds people by name, job title, seniority, company, domain, industry, company size or location. Returns name, title, company and LinkedIn URL, 20 per page. No email or phone.
Reveal Contact Details
reveal_person_contactReturns the verified work email and/or mobile number for a person from a search result. Charged only when one is found.
Look Up Filter Values
lookup_filter_valuesFinds the exact spelling of a location or job title that profiles use, so searches don't silently miss.

Free
- Credits come from the same pool as the Tables app and count toward any member limit your admin has set.
- If you run out, Claude tells you whether it's the workspace's credits or your personal limit, so you know who to ask.
- Ask Claude about credits at any time, or check your balance in the Tables app.
05
Workspaces and disconnecting
More than one workspace
If you belong to several Tables workspaces, Claude asks which one to use and charges that one. You can also say it up front, for example “use my Acme workspace”.
Disconnecting
In Claude, open Settings, Connectors, find Tables and click Disconnect. Claude loses access straight away. Your Tables account and data aren’t affected.
06
Data and privacy
Claude only sends Tables the search filters and the person you ask about. Tables doesn’t receive or store your conversation. Searches and reveals are logged against your workspace, as they are in the app.
Contact data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which also explains how anyone in the contact database can object to being included.
07
Troubleshooting
Claude keeps asking me to sign in
Disconnect Tables in Claude's Settings, Connectors, then connect it again.
A search returns nothing
Locations and job titles must match how profiles spell them. Ask Claude to look up the location or title first, or search by country instead of a region.
“You are calling tools too quickly”
There's a limit of about 30 actions a minute per user. Wait a few seconds and try again.
Claude says I'm out of credits
Claude tells you whether the workspace is out of credits or you've hit your personal member limit. A workspace admin can add credits or raise your limit in the Tables app.
